Doug learned and has refined his ability to tune by ear rather than a machine. His approach is more artist versas mechanical and he takes great pride in getting just right.
Doug Suvall in interested in the needs of the customer and establishing a relationship. He is the primary technician and can get your piano into tune in approximately 1 hour.
